Tom Panagos is a native of New York but has spent over nine years living and working in Asia and an additional two years working in international environments.

In 1995, after completing his MBA at Syracuse University (Syracuse, NY) he joined Hewlett Packard in Singapore working as a Product Manager. For over four years Tom, developed his skills working cross functionally and cross culturally with HP’s global organization and its channel partners, and understanding how to do business in Asia.

Tom then went to work for a German global IT Services company looking to expand its presence in Asia and an American start-up company looking to break ground in Asia. He has additional Asia experience in product management, channel management and account management with Lenovo and Lexmark International.

With his 14 years of sales, marketing, business development, channel and account management experience, of which 11 years are in international roles, he is now devoting his time with Pat Haro, LLC (www.patharo.com), as an Executive Search Consultant.
