Served the principals in various capacities including strategic planning, strategic marketing and raising venture capital to sustain QDM/Solar Planet's fast growth.

A real task master, managed and supervised PSI's relocation and instrumental in raising approximately $2 million in capital that included bank lines of credit and equipment lease financing to sustain PSI's incredible growth and expansion. Saw sales increase from $4 million to nearly $10 million during my tenure. PSI was acquired by Cardinal Medical in early 1999 so I moved on and assumed the CFO/Controller post at QDM/Solar Planet.
