Tom Schulte is Executive Director of Linked 2 Leadership, a global group of over 7,500 members dedicated to Leadership Development, Organizational Health and Personal & Professional Growth.
We call it The Leadership Collaboratory™ because we are building the central spot on the web where leaders of every stripe and stage can learn, grow and build other leaders.
Our Leadership Greenhouse area is designed to allow leaders from different backgrounds to grow in environments that suite them best. When these leaders want to grow with expertise and experience from leaders from other walks of life, they can cross-pollinate ideas in the place we call the Leadership Playground.
We are building a safe environment where leadership solutions based on past recipes of success are tailored and shared for the next generation. Think of us as your Leadership Test Kitchen.

His firm, Recalibrate Professional Development, has packaged short-format "High-Impact Leadership Training fit for the Blackberry-Attention-Span"™ with his Leadership PowerLabs.™ These are perfectly designed for breakout sessions, executive meetings, interactive keynote addresses and private training sessions. These can last from 50-minutes up to a half-day.
