Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina Area
After completing my degree at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1986, earning a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Relations and Economics, I obtained my North Carolina Real Estate Broker license in November of 1987. After gaining experience with a large brokerage firm in Raleigh, I launched THB Properties, Inc. in 1989 and began client brokerage and consultation, focusing on commercial and industrial property. Since that time, I have developed many working relationships, representing individuals, businesses and public interests.
I have successfully negotiated North Carolina Department of Transportation condemnation cases on behalf of property owners, consulted clients on rezoning questions, and assisted investors in the successful execution of IRS 1031 tax deferred exchanges.
I am a member of the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors serving on the Board of Directors as 2008 President. I am active in the Triangle Community Coalition Board of Directors Executive Committee, following growth and development issues in the local and regional area.
I provide valuable consultation on a personal level using local market knowledge, experience, and personal contacts in the Raleigh, Cary and Research Triangle area. Accessing the latest technology allows me quick access to critical information. These and other resources enable me to successfully accomplish client's goals and objectives.
