For twenty years, I've observed as "new media" keeps getting newer! In 1989, the "new media" was desktop publishing and CD-ROM authoring; today we're blogging, Twittering and catching up with the people we lost track of in 1989 on Facebook and LinkedIn. While my business has gone through changes in focus (graphic design, web development, new media marketing) and name (Prografix, norwaydesign, Kephart & Associates), my interest has always been the use of current technology to connect businesses and organizations to their customers.
