Fountain Financial Partners, LLC was formed at the beginning of 2006 to fill the gap between traditional lenders and equity financing. The company serves as general partner to one or more investment funds that provide capital to companies who have immediate or near term needs of $100,000 to $5,000,000 and our capital is structured in the form of lease lines of credit or sale and leasebacks. Larger transactions (deals in the $20M to $50M range) are considered on an individual basis through internal partner funds and outside syndicate partners. We consider any stage of company including entrepreneur backed (zero stage), angel or seed fund backed start ups, institutional or corporate venture capital backed companies, other private or publicly held companies. Fountain Financial Partners is positioned as a complement to, not a substitute for, traditional bank and equity capital.
