I am a User Experience Program Manager with 5 years experience at Microsoft. I am passionate about solving complex UX problems and seeing the solution make it's way to the customer.
In this role I have participated in the whole project lifecycle:
1. Collected requirements from end users and usability.
2. Facilitated brainstorming activities to explore possible solutions.
3. Narrowed these ideas down to the optimal solution given limited resources and the user needs.
4. Spec'd the proposed solution in detailed feature specifications.
5. Addressed new concerns that arose during development.
6. Shipped the solution to customers with high quality.
I also have experience doing research of competing products and driving cross-team and cross-company projects.
