Experienced Digital Media professional and Franchise Sales/Management leader. I've had several leadership positions during 14+ years at Valpak. Past responsibilities include digital sales and online coupon strategy for Valpak's Owned & Operated franchise locations, development of online & offline strategic sales initiatives for all of Valpak's National and Network sales channels as well as a Founder & General Manager of Valpak.com®, the familiar blue envelope's online coupon consumer-facing website.

I've always enjoyed being an early adopter (LinkedIn member #113215)and inspiring innovation within my team. In addition to launching Valpak's original Digital (distribution) Network and Business Profile Page products, I alo developed the initial deployment of Valpak's response-based call tracking product for small businesses which has become a very successful & profitable initiative for the Valpak franchise network.

I am a Certified Franchise Executive, achieved by completing a comprehensive course of study in franchise management offered by the Institute of Certified Franchise Executives, the academic branch of the International Franchise Association’s (IFA) Educational Foundation. I am an active member of the IFA, currently serving as the Vice Chairman of the Marketing & Public Relations Committee as well as serving on the IFA Convention Planning Committee, and have spoken at IFA-sponsored education series and been published in the IFA's monthly magazine "Franchise World" - (December 2010). I am also a Certified Radio Marketing Consultant, a designation I earned when in the radio industry.
