Project Manager
Israel
For 2007-08, I was a Project Management contractor to Partner Communications, the leading Israeli cellular company. I manage the Roaming Program for the Technology Division, as well as other cross organizational projects.
In 2006, I was the PM on an infrastructure integration project for Mercury Interactive (since purchased by HP).
For the ~9 years prior to my return to Israel I was in the US (Baltimore), where I worked in IT Project Management, with a focus on business process improvment and new technology implementations, for a large (10,000+ staff) hospital group. Projects I've managed include a BlackBerry rollout, a multi-site identification management system rollout, digitizing Medical Record implementation, and some high value BPI efforts. I have deep knowledge and experience with healthcare operations and services, as well as all aspects of IT - from SW implementations to managing LAN/WAN staff and programmers.
I've also published and given presentations on project management and other topics. One article appeared in PM Boulevard, and can be accessed from here: http://www.pmboulevard.com/Default.aspx?page=View%20Content&cid=1896&parent=92
I started out in Israel, gaining experience in medical diagnostic sales and marketing for Israeli companies to Europe.
I am very comfortable both in a large corporate environment, as well as in a start up environment, having worked as part of the core team with start-ups in printing and bio-tech industries.
