Taylan Koru received a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Management Engineering at Istanbul Technical University in June 2006 at where he registered in 2002. He completed his internship at Toyota Motor Engineering and Manufacturing and Tat Konserve Sanayi A.S. during his education. Since then, he has been working at Yonja Media Group (Yonja.com). His function at the corporation has many folds: he has been titled as the “Product Sr. Specialist”, “Sales Specialist”, "Finance and HR Specialist", and "Content and Community Management Specialist". He is presently working as a Senior Sales Specialist and Finance and HR Specialist.
I am primarily interested in Strategic Brand Management and, more generally, in Marketing Management. Besides, I have a growing interest in the diffusion of innovations and the impact of new technologies on marketing practice.

Our leading brand is Yonja.com, the largest online social network and one of the most trafficked websites in Turkey. My function at the corporation has many folds: I have been titled as the “Product Sr. Specialist”, “Sales Specialist”, "Finance and HR Specialist", and "Content and Community Management Specialist".
• In my current job at Yonja Media Group, I am presently working as a Senior Sales Specialist and Finance and HR Specialist. My function at the corporation is twofold; on the one hand developing the product Yonja.com web site and leading the project process and also being responsible of finance of the corporation -preparing and sending financial reports. I am also responsible for tracking the professional development and performances of each of my coworkers.
• As a requirement of my current corporation, I have also directed ad sales operations and brand-agency relations together with active in-field sale of the ad spheres of the channel to the clients. As a necessity of my position too, I managed customer relations, with a focus on the analysis of content and web-based editorial designs of all Yonja pages.
