I started my career in everis (former DMR Consulting) developing CRM software for a major telecomunication company with more than 13 million customers.

Then, I became interested on IT Governance topics, mainly ITIL but also Software Development Methodologies as well as control frameworks as CobiT. I have been working on IT Governance projects for a top telecommunication company for more than 2 years. I am ITIL Foundations and CobiT Foundations certified.

I am CISA since july 2009.

Currently I am working on an everis internal project, defining internal politics and processes according to industry best practices.
