Prior to Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Tito created, designed and led Google's first Global Diversity Engineering Recruitment and Centralized Sourcing Group where he was responsible for creating and implementing sourcing and recruiting systems and strategies for building a more diverse and inclusive global workforce. Before joining Google, Tito led sourcing and recruitment efforts for leading technology organizations like Microsoft, IBM/Rational and other technology based organizations. Prior to IBM/Rational he spent several years in the agency world working as a technical recruiter and account manager at Hall, Kinion & Associates and as a principle of his own firm, Value Staff Inc.. Tito started his career in the US Air Force where he held a variety of leadership and operational roles.
