Responsible For:
• Aligning organization region with headquarter at HR new strategic
• Running and developing human resource department in PT. Excelcomindo Pratama, Tbk Regional – Sumatera.
• Partnering with business leader in the implementation programs and systems that will be optimize people, strategy, structure, process and culture.
• Conducts recruitment process for Permanent and Outsource employees. With the SLA recruitment is 30 days for permanent employee and 15 days for outsource employee.
• Person in charge for conducting HR activities like promotion, demotion and transfer (mutation) all employees in Regional Sumatera.
• Compilation and summarize all regional KPI (Key Performance Indicator).
• Facilitate Industrial Relation case with employee with case/dispute and resolution for both parties (Determination, Warning Letter (SP), etc).
• Conducts employee activity and national event in region such as: Kartini Days, Independence Days, XL Family Gathering, Idul Fitri Employee Event, XL Employee Sport Club, etc.
