Tina Alexander has a talent for finding and building collaborative working relationships. Born out of Tina's 'make it easy for others to do business with you' philosophy is simple useful techniques that get results.
Tina's sensible approach, grassroots methods and willingness to look beyond the obvious have allowed her to enjoy organic success in several arenas. At Willamette University Tina grew the MBA for Professionals program from its inception to more than 100 enrolled students and 60 graduates today. At JGSullivan Interactive Tina moved from business development, with zero technical know-how, to project managing Fortune 1000 client projects at budget and on time. At the University of Notre Dame Career Center Tina ballooned the number of on-campus interviews and job postings from 1,000 to more than 12,000.

When I joined JGSullivan Interactive (JGSI) it was the height of the dot.com bubble. JGSI's web-based marketing solutions were cutting-edge and in demand by global companies such as IBM, Chrysler, Motorola, and Ford. When the metaphorical bubble "burst," my role in Business Development quickly transitioned into Project Management.
In 'real-time' I learned to read technical specifications, write business requirements, develop and manage project plans and lead a team of talented software and graphic designers. I experienced first-hand how a great leader, John E Sullivan (then JGSI President and today Chairman of the Board), upheld and celebrated the organization's mission, no matter the economic climate: "We strive to always be fair to our clients, honest to our employees and responsible to our communities."
