AddThree is an interactive advertising agency based in Seattle. SEM, SEO and Display Advertising. That’s what we do. That’s all we do. And, it turns out, we do them really well. We build campaigns that will grow your business and push your brand. How? Experience, teamwork, data and big ol’ brains.

As AddThree has grown, we have made some changes in the leadership team to allow for more efficient decision making. The focus of my role has turned to managing the operations and finance of the business in addition to client management and business development.

In 2009 my partners and I set out to create the most talented digital agency in Seattle. As Seasoned experts in the SEM, SEO, and Display Advertising we built the agency from the ground up, adding extremely capable hires as we grew.

Among the 37 Account Executive, Tactician, and Janitorial hats that I have worn throughout our history, my role evolved into a driver of business strategy, operations, and finance. As President I worked with the leadership team to help position AddThree as the most proficient digital ad agency in Seattle and the Northwest.

Perl Developer to VP Advertising Sales

Virtual Communities

June 1999March 2001 (1 year 10 months) Seattle, WA

A very old/defunct search engine and social community (free host). I started as a Perl and C developer here, then was moved to the marketing team after 3 weeks. (read: I was good enough at programming to do my coursework at UW, but not good enough to cut it in the professional world)

While on the marketing team I was responsible for getting websites listed in our search engine. Since it was 1999 and everyone was making bad decisions, my boss quickly moved me up the chain to become a senior of the Marketing team. In January 2000 I was promoted to VP of Advertising Sales where I was responsible for managing the entire Ad Sales team (me). Best .com job EVER!
