I am interested in the new media landscape, how this is changing the way people communicate with each other and what implications this has for how brands should talk to them. From public sector rhetoric to the private sector blurring of corporate reputation and brand management. I am also passionate about the increasing need for brands to create their own content that their consumers are interested in and helping companies engage appropriately in the digital world. Having been part of the Ogilvy 360 graduate training programme, I have learnt that getting to the knitty gritty of what the brand is about, what it stands for and what it should be saying is key to developing engaging, media neutral ideas that resonate and "break through the clutter". I'm conscious of the amount of new media bullshit bingo I've just used so just to confirm, I'm not Nathan Barley and I try to avoid using the word "blogosphere" on a daily basis!
