• Developed Colleague and Benefactor custom applications using Envision programming at all levels of software development life cycle; developed and maintained documentation and promoted all customizations to production environment.
• Administered UniData databases by resizing and indexing files, scheduling and monitoring nightly processes and maintaining error logs and temporary files; achieved < 1% system downtime.
• Restructured system access through implementation and administration of security in Datatel’s Colleague and Benefactor software.
• Coordinated and supported the deployment of Datatel’s UI 1.0/1.5/2.2, UI Web and WebAdvisor with other members of the university’s Administrative Information Services team.
• Assisted with the implementation and administration of the university’s new Windows Server 2003 domain.
• Performed emergency support services during evenings, weekends and holidays on a rotating basis.
