When I was a boy I improvised a jazzy version of "Suicide is Painless"(the theme to M*A*S*H) on the guitar.
I had a 4 track and I think I blew up my Dad's stereo at some point.
I went to college to study Jazz.
I hear music in everything; my feet when I run, an MRI machine, the sirens outside.
It's been a blessing to do this for a living.
Please see my website for a complete C.V. and discography.

My high school dreams of becoming a successful Jazz guitarist were quickly put into perspective when I moved to Philadelphia in 1995 to study guitar at the University of the Arts. While I finished my degree in Jazz performance, I found myself in recording studios all over the city learning the craft and trying to truly listen.Working on records kept me very busy here in Philadelphia and in Detroit (for the 2 years we were there).
