I grew up in this industry, starting in retail grocery stores stocking and merchandising food products for a distributor. My career evolved through leadership roles in all functional disciplines—Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations—prior to my invitation onto the Executive Team at Bell-Carter Foods, Inc.
