Over the last three years I have managed the development and implementation of small to large scale web applications using Scrum and lean practices. I also facilitate retrospectives to help make the team perform as best they can.

Coming from a software engineering background, my past experience is implementing small to large scale web applications, and researching new and advanced technology to implement them.

Although starting out as a software engineer, I have loved implementing scrum and therefore have reached the level of Certified Scrum Practitioner. And for the foreseeable future hope to reach the level of Certified Scrum Coach and/or Trainer and successfully continue to work with and implement Scrum and Lean practices.
