TiGra Astronomy produces software that helps to automate telescopes, observatory buildings and other astronomy-related equipment. Our software is in use in observatories around the world, some amateur and some professional, including at NASA. We helped to commission the largest operational optical telescope in the British Isles.
We're actively engaged in the ASCOM Initiative, a loose collaboration of developers who promote standards and produce interfacing software within the astronomy sector. TiGra Astronomy currently hosts the development servers for the ASCOM Platform and is also contributing to the software development effort.

SWSBSG was fromed to bring together IT professionals in and around South Wales to form a forum for collaborative ventures. Working on the principle that a rising tide lifts all ships, the group aims to improve our skills and businesses through face-to-face interaction, presentations, workshops and other events. The group was launched with funding from Microsoft though we are independent from any particular vendor. Membership of the group is open to anyone who provides IT and related services to small businesses. Membership is not open to end users or those who are employed as IT personnel within their own organisation. We encourage (but do not require) members to gain the Microsoft Small Business Specialist accreditation.

TiGra Networks is a Microsoft Partner and has a strong focus on providing business solutions founded on Microsoft software.
