SWSBSG was fromed to bring together IT professionals in and around South Wales to form a forum for collaborative ventures. Working on the principle that a rising tide lifts all ships, the group aims to improve our skills and businesses through face-to-face interaction, presentations, workshops and other events. The group was launched with funding from Microsoft though we are independent from any particular vendor. Membership of the group is open to anyone who provides IT and related services to small businesses. Membership is not open to end users or those who are employed as IT personnel within their own organisation. We encourage (but do not require) members to gain the Microsoft Small Business Specialist accreditation.

We'll get involved in any computer-related task or problem and our Managed IT Plans are designed to provide worry-free, secure, reliable computer networks for businesses of any size. Our particular speciality is Microsoft Small Business Server for businesses with 5 to 75 computers.
I perform all of the technical functions at TiGra, from building computers to installing, configuring, monitoring and troubleshooting software and networks. I also act as a business IT advisor. I am a Microsoft Certified Professional and an accredited Microsoft Small Business Specialist and in 2007 I was awarded the prestigious "Microsoft Most Valuable Professional" award for my work with Windows Small Business Server. TiGra Networks is a Microsoft Partner and has a strong focus on providing business solutions founded on Microsoft software. -
