For providers I optimize hospital-wide patient flow, provide needs assessment and vendor selection for cardiovascular information systems (CVIS), point of care automation, and medical device connectivity. Enabling technologies that I support include wireless communications systems, RFID and WLAN projects.

Vendor work is focused on enabling medical device connectivity, including business planning, strategy, market requirements, technology selection, regulatory strategy, sales, marketing and product launch.
