First of all, I consider myself a designer.
I've designed everything from corporate identity packages to theater sets, websites to multi-media user interfaces, software to telecommunications products. I focus on the user experience of anything I am involved in.
With over 15 years of experience, I find I sit comfortably between the business and technical sides of an organization and can easily communicate in terms understandable to both.
Today I assist companies in implementing the latest in telecommunications technology - I can see the big picture, cook that down into tasks, create an action plan and get the job done.
Faclitiating conversations and workshops regarding requirements for projects. Excellent problem solving and communications skills. Project management, team leadership, Competitive Intelligence, product marketing, product management, branding, corporate marketing and communicating to business leaders, customers and technology team members.

During our past two years with the Microsoft products we've experienced healthy growth and are considered a "go-to partner" for unified communications by Microsoft.
