Consultant at Coremetrics

I've not only had multiple jobs in my life; I've had multiple careers. From zookeeper to electronics technician to technical writer to Webmaster to columnist and author, to technical writer to user experience professional, I've touched on many fields. However, my abiding interest is in how people use technology in their ordinary lives. That's why I pursued an MS in Informatics/HCI, and why I teach usability on both the graduate and undergraduate levels, and statistics (all at IUPUI). The statistics part is for my Six Sigma green belt experience, and for Web analytics.
