I am a community and social media strategist for IBM Software Group and Tivoli Software, setting strategy for growing our communities online and enabling social networking interactions.
In past IBM positions, I worked across IBM teams to develop Web user experience strategy and lead Web launches while mitigating client pain points, improving ease of use, and designing our offerings from the client's real world context, needs, and experience. As a software engineer in Storage group, I conducted user-centered design research and built software UI specs.
