If you've ever seen me present, then you know how much I love my job. I write software solutions scenarios to promote end-user adoption and deliver them like public relations and marketing campaigns. One of my strengths is motivating people to adopt new technology because not only do I have in-depth software knowledge, but I can combine that with a high-level message of IT strategy and empathy for the end user. My mix of passion and credibility engages the crowd and changes the way people think about doing their job. The result is less frustration for the end user as the company implements new software and more strategies to help them cope with the stress of being a champion for change.
