Having worked only a few years in the Web industry, I have already learned a great deal. While the technological aspect comes naturally to me, the business side is something I've had to learn as I go. Seeing the way different companies handle their development processes and comparing them has given me a better perspective on the industry as a whole and will help me in better choosing my own path as I move forward.
The continued expansion of my existing skill set is one of my driving goals. Just ask my wife, I spend more time curled up with programming books than I do watching movies or any other form of entertainment!
