Thommy Bommen’s Summary

Now working as a project manager in Computas AS where I have been a key person in introducing agile practices not only in projects but also in the organisation. I teach TDD practices to all new employees as part of their freshman week.

Conducted in 2006 a masterthesis on Knowledge Management. Published an article on Knowledge sharing at ICICKM2005 in Dubai, and later in Electronic Journal of Knowledge Management (EJKM).

My goal is to work with Knowledge Management and Information Systems in the trenches. By this I mean getting hands-on experience with KM in various projects. The result of this will be well driven and well communicating agile teams that are able to deliver good quality software.
