My most recent experience was working as a junior-level analyst in a small private placement shop. Duties included research, due diligence, financial analysis, and IT responsibilities. Client companies were from the technology and healthcare sectors.
I'm interested in many areas: finance and technology in general, but more recently, the science, policy, and technologies related to climate change. I'm in love with the idea of energy efficiency: novel ways to eliminate wasteful use and also ways to harness untapped resources. Additionally I'm interested in economic policy and proper incentives to achieve better efficiency and investment in new technologies.
