Thomas M. Little was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 1993 and to the State Bar of Georgia in 2005. He graduated from Birmingham-Southern College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in 1990, and attended the University of Alabama School of Law, from which he graduated in 1993. He is a member of the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Alabama, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. He routinely practices in all state and federal courts in Alabama.
Thomas’ practice includes products liability, trucking and transportation litigation, construction litigation, insurance coverage and defense, industrial accidents and premises liability.
