I worked for two months in the Vodafone Bristol Experience retail store; one of the largest band one stores in the region. I had a capability to work flexibly, nurturing sales opportunities while delivering exceptional customer service. I also worked creatively to solve many diverse technical queries. I improved PAYG sales and processes by developing new sales tools. Finally, I delivered a successful campaign for two student fairs with many leads generated for the stores. Rated E on PIXEX scale.
Placement 2:
Enterprise Transformation
Working in change management in the Enterprise Business Unit. Led the work to develop a blueprint for a core piece of a new investment management system. Also supported internal drives for simplication and improved customer experience.
Rated X on the PIGEX scale and as one of the top graduates for project delivery.
