Built the most interesting and eclectic author events program in Northern California - in 2008 it was named "Best Author Appearances" by the SF Weekly. I have arranged nearly 1000 author events to date, and have hosted multiple Pulitzer, Booker, and Nobel Prize winning authors, as well as science fiction writers, essayists, poets, novelists, children's authors, counter culture figures, first time authors, film world personalities, biographers, and other bestselling authors. [ Highlights include the first ever Bay Area appearances of Chuck Palahniuk and Sarah Waters, exclusive events with rock stars Neil Young and Patti Smith, the last ever San Francisco appearances by Allen Ginsberg and Czeslaw Milosz, etc . . . . ]
