Thomas works as head of marketing & finance for Waldzell Institute, an initiative for personal inspiration and global action. Waldzell creates a steadily growing network of dedicated people who are willing to share their common knowledge to create together a true humane and sustainable world. Waldzell organizes partnerships between businesses, social and environmental entrepreneurs and universities to take concrete action in innovative projects. Every year at the Waldzell Meetings, some of the most distinguished thinkers and visionaries from around the world meet for several days at the Abbey of Melk in Lower Austria. Before joining Waldzell, Thomas worked as project manager for the World Summit Awards, a global network for the selection and promotion of the world’s best e-content, was a delegate at the UN World Summit on the Information Society in Geneva and Tunis, worked for Red Bull in the communications center and designed a B2B platform for distribution of Hollywood content in Los Angeles. Academic Degree: M.A., communication and psychology, University of Salzburg, and Hanzehogeschool, Groningen, Netherlands.
