Prior to Invisible Sun Media, Joel was one of the principal designers of the Web & Voice channel strategy programs for Asurion. While at Asurion, Joel led a number of high profile initiatives as well as the technology, branding and communication strategy for The Deli - a small team of highly trained and weapons grade experts focused on product development, information strategy, and strengthening key client relationships within the multi-billion dollar company with over 90 million subscribers. Prior to this role, Joel worked for 3 years in process improvement at Comcast and time in between and prior consulting with business leaders and young entrepreneurs on how to plan, build and share their vision with the world.

From his years working with hundreds of leaders and entrepreneurs, Joel has become fascinated with the specific challenges that are faced when launching new ideas or rejuvenating old ones. As a true Catalyst, Joel couples his creative energy and talents to help accelerate great ideas.
