My personal experience is in consumer retail brands in particular, and I've had the pleasure of working with many of the nation's leading brands on many projects.

I pride myself on basing Internet strategy on the ultimate business goals of my clients -- not on generally meaningless targets like "more traffic" or "a reason for customers to return to the site." Every engagement begins with the development of a deep and abiding understanding of the client's business and economic model.

I pay particular attention to the integration of online and offline marketing campaigns to provide a truly "narrowcast" brand experience for customers and consumers. In Catalyst Direct parlance, we call this concept "Direct Marketing 2.0".

By embracing consumers' increasing control over the flow of marketing messages, DM 2.0 leverages consumer behavior, context, and personal preference to provide more effective offers, stronger conversion, and more intimate relationships between brands and individual customers.
