My personal experience is in consumer retail brands in particular, and I've had the pleasure of working with many of the nation's leading brands on many projects.

I pride myself on basing communications strategy on the ultimate business goals of my clients -- not on generally meaningless targets like "more traffic" or "a reason for customers to return." Every engagement begins with the development of a deep and abiding understanding of the client's business and economic model.

By embracing consumers' increasing control over the flow of marketing messages--leveraging consumer behavior, context, and personal preference-- it's possible to provide more effective offers, stronger conversion, and more intimate relationships between brands and individual customers.
