I am a branding and design professional with a strong background in the strategy, design and implementation of consumer packaged goods innovations and initiatives. Currently Director of Brand Strategy with RGI Design, I collaborate with account and creative teams to develop strategy and create opportunities for both new and existing clients.
Making a connection with consumers is at the heart of my work.
Throughout my career, I have delivered the best possible level of creativity, service and leadership for a variety of consumer products clients including: Procter & Gamble, Lowe’s, Tyson, Heinz, AT&T, Valvoline, Pfizer, Wendy's, Hunter, Borden, World Finer Foods, World Kitchen and John Morrell.
I studied design and communication at Bowling Green State University where I earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design. I am committed to lifelong learning through intellectual, creative and personal growth. I am also a member of the Adjunct Faculty with the School of Fine Arts at Miami University–most recently teaching the graphic design senior thesis class.

As AIGA Cincinnati’s sustainability initiative, eco|shift was established to promote environmental awareness in the field of design for the membership of AIGA Cincinnati. The campaign for sustainability provides education on the importance of environmental responsibility and the business sensibility of sustainable practices. Additionally, eco|shift demonstrates how sustainable design practices lead to innovation in business.

The Division of Graphic Design in the School of Art at Bowling Green State University is a dynamic, progressive and responsive graphic design program that encourages independent and collaborative thinking, creative problem solving/analytics and design, creative writing, design for the public good, exploration of alternative visual communication methods, and a solid understanding of modern professional practices. The curriculum reflects the dynamic social and professional changes of contemporary design and responds to them in a pro-active manner through a continually evolving curriculum.
Active in the industry and frequently quoted in the media, including: AdAge, the Cincinnati Business Courier and the upcoming book "The Designer's Guide to Business and Careers", as well as other trade publications.
Work has been recognized by the International Council of Graphic Design Associations (Icograda). Identity work featured in LogoLounge 5 and the upcoming LogoLounge Master Library. Original digital artwork featured with Los Angeles Center for Digital Art, Snap to Grid 2008.
