We just confirmed today that 2 more units we just finished are certifiable at the "Platinum" level of LEED-H and should make the certification list by months end. Our first home in "Maplewood" was certified Platinum by the USGBC on June 30, 2008. This is the most stringent "Green Building" program in the country. We also have several more homes certifiable at the Gold or Platinum level that will be completed very soon!
This is a monumental achievement since there is currently only 2 other homes in the entire state of Oregon and 138 Nationwide that have achieved this level of "Green Building" certification. Please see the link below from the United States Green Building Council. The project is Maplewood in Lincoln City, OR.

The facility will provide power and fresh water to our project and potentially the community of Lincoln City, effectively making the Resort a less than zero-net energy project."
