• Account Management & Creative Direction: Led project management, client engagement and internal and external creative direction in advertising, design, copywriting, packaging and point-of-sale.
• Creative Talent Leadership: Grew creative staff to 17; built advertising, online, video, events and design groups. Recruited and retained talent; then led team’s strategic vision to market to the gaming culture. Cut 20% in labor costs by tapping into internal staff talents and avoiding outsourcing.
• Campaigns: Headed in-house conception and rollout of integrated campaigns for Return to Zork, MechWarrior 2, Battle Zone and hundreds of others. Averted anticipated expenditures; gained buy-in and directed advertising.
