Goals:
GETTING MY PHR

Opening a Women's Center to empower and mentor other women. Until I have the funds necessary for that venture, I have created a website to start moving forward with that cause. The website is www.WomenEmpoweringEachOther.org,, the site is currently under construction. I am open to all ideas and assistance with getting this going. It has also been approved as a linkedin group, which is included on my profile page.

I will continue bettering myself and learning more within the MGM Mirage Corporation. I have experience in all areas of Human Resources, yet also believe that you will never know it all and that there are opportunities daily to learn more.

Showing others the strengths they are unaware that they possess.
Empowering others.
Evaluating and placing the right person in the right job.
