    Both Spherion and Honeywell are large public companies. Spherion is a staffing agency. Honeywell is a manufacturing diverse company. Spherion won the bid to service the openings for Honeywell. Our ACS team filled over 1,000 positions in about 6 months time.

    This assignment included full life cycle recruitment. I would take the requirements and determine the best sourcing strategy. I then would begin a campaign of cold calling, researching, posting ads and attending virtual progress meetings. Then reply and respond to all candidates in a timely, monitored manner, following guided procedures. I placed 65 difficult to fill positions in a 10 month period. I serviced 20 to 30 requests at any one time.

    Engineers (Business Development, Business Management, Sales, HVAC, Energy, Solutions, Security, Fire Alarm, Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Oil & Gas, Construction Building, Project Managers, District and Regional Managers, etc.)
