I devote my time to my coaching & consulting practice - Mindset for Performance LLC. I have more than 20 years teaching, human resources, workforce training, mental game training and leadership coaching experience. I have been an invited presenter at many regional and national conferences. I have won national recognition awards for excellence and a congressional award for service to youth. I consult & present nationwide on training, performance improvement and workplace coaching and have been actively involved in educational boards. After receiving my master’s degree, I completed post-graduate work in Sports Psychology – the psychology of performance enhancement and I am a certified Mental Game Coaching Professional.
I have published two books:
"Coach, I didn't run because..." - a book about excuse making and how to overcome them. And:
"Runners on your Marks: the parents guide to youth track and field" - a one of a kind book on how to get kids involved with track and field.
I am founder and head coach of RxRunning & Racing (USATF Club# 046) Under my direction, RxRunning Club members have set numerous personal records, become national All-Americans and regularly place high in all age groups in running, triathlons and duathlons. More than 95% of all my runners have set personal records and previously undreamed of breakthroughs under my direction.
I have successfully combined Human Performance Improvement strategies and techniques with performance psychology to the work and school settings.
