I NEED YOUR HELP!!! I have been coming across some awesome deals lately, and I need buyers for them! These are deals that come on the market, then go under contract fairly quickly. Many of them are foreclosures, but some are Short Sales. An example of a short sale is if the seller owes $200K on the property, but they can only sell it for $150K, then the bank will forgive the difference… Meaning whoever buys the place gets a GREAT deal.

I have found properties like this starting in the low $200K’s… all the way up to $3 Million. This is not just a generic e-mail, I actually have specific properties picked out. Some examples are:

- A house that sold for $1,720,000 less than 2 years ago, can be bought for $975K
- A house that sold for $3.2Million about two years ago, can be bought for about $2.2 Million-ish (maybe even lower)
- A condo that sold for $295K about 1.5 years ago, is now a foreclosure at $234K (which means you could probably get it for even less!)

I am always coming across properties that must sell. Some are fixer uppers, some are already in great condition. This market has changed for the better down here.
It is only a matter of time before the inventory gets back to where it needs to be and we start seeing the prices go back up.
