Security & Network Specialist, Podcast Producer & Host
Greater Los Angeles Area
I am an experienced and educated computer technologist with 10 years of professional experience, including management positions.
I currently work as a computer Network Specialist for a large organization, supporting several dozen sites in the largest geographic county in the contiguous United States.
During my career, I have often been hand-picked by Directors of Information Technology to work with them on a variety of projects.
I am interested in full-time work in the field of information security or virus and malware analysis. I would also be interested in part-time or full-time opportunities as a professional journalist covering the field of computer security, or part-time opportunities teaching security or networking classes online.
Among my areas of expertise, I enjoy and have a lot of experience with securing computers and networks, battling viruses and malware, hosting and producing podcasts, and troubleshooting Macs and PCs.
I have three degrees including a master's degree in Information Technology concentrating in Internet Security and a bachelor's degree in IT concentrating in Network Administration (summa cum laude). I am a CompTIA Network+ certified professional.
