Being trained as a Physical Therapist, Naturopathic Doctor and Health/Wellness Coach who has dedicated my life to learning, teaching, and practicing the principles of healthy living I am passionate about spreading the message of health and wellness as an inspirational author, speaker and coach.
Since 1994, I have been teaching my clients the principles of healthy living, helping them change their lives one at a time through the development and operation of some of the most successful client programs in my field. In addition to my work locally, I have traveled extensively as a personal physical therapist of World Champion and four-time Olympian, David Ford.
Inspired to extend my impact globally, I have written Stop Being Stopped: The GO Doctor’s Guide to Unleashing the Healthier, Sexier You! available on http;//stopbeingstopped.com. In addition, I offer continuing education on my Web site http://thegodoctor.com designed to pick up where my book leaves off, providing creative approaches and resources that help individuals turn the principles in my book into reality.
