I am the Foreclosure Team Leader for the Shannon Team, and we have been selling and managing REO properties in large volume since 2000. In 2008, my team sales team was ranked in the Wall Street Journal in the top 30 real estate teams in the United States, based on 400 closed transaction sides. As of October 1st, 2009, we closed over 467 REO property transactions. In 2000, I also developed ACT4REO software to effectively manage hundreds of REO properties simultaneously. Our goal is to streamline the REO process from first assignment to final disbursement of the file after closing. Our REO management software system operates at a 99.9% up time and we are able to give real time status on all assets when our clients need it. We have a highly trained staff of REO professionals including a Closing Manager, Closing Coordinator, Valuation Manager, Listing Coordinator, Property Coordinator, Billing Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, Field Inspector, Short Sale Specialist, and five Buyer Agents.
