Jim spent more than 20 years in senior executive roles in Sales, Finance, Operations, and HR, so he understands what it takes to succeed in business. He has been coaching executives and organizational leaders since 1992.

Through individual coaching, executive and group retreats, and skills workshops, Jim helps to develop and polish communication and positive leadership skills. He is also a certified Ontological Coach thru the Newfield Network, working in the three domains in which we live as humans -- our language, our emotions, and the body. He attained his PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential thru the International Coach Federation in 2007; the ICF is the primary worldwide credentialing body for the coaching profession.
