I am an English solicitor specialising in residential landlord and tenant law. I practice via my web-site service, Landlord-Law (which has been online since 2001).
This is an information service where members can download tenancy agreements, possession notices and other documents, ask questions on the members discussion form and instruct me to do 'one to one' legal work (i.e. advice, drafting tenancy agreements and standard repossession work).
Most of my time is spent maintaining and writing for the web-site service. I have also written a blog, the Landlord Law Blog on various landlord and tenant related news and comment since February 2006.
For information about Landlord-Law please see the power point presentation with my profile.
I also do a certain amount of training and talks to landlords, and I am the author of two books (one for landlords and one for tenants) published by Lawpack.
I now offer a consultancy service to local solicitors (small firms) who wish to improve their online presence., and write a blog about Solicitors on the Internet.
For my sins I am the Honorary Secretary of the Norfolk and Norwich Law Society.
