Tesia has been a working artist in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 20 years. In 2002 NextMonet Inc., signed Tesia to produce prints of several of her paintings. In 2000 she was hired by Golden Artist Colors, as the Golden Working Artist in San Francisco. Her work is collected both locally and internationally with patrons as far away as Tokyo.
She received her BFA from the Academy of Art in 1984, studied lithography at the San Francisco Art Institute in 1990 and received her Master’s of Art in 1992 at John F. Kennedy University in Orinda, California. Tesia has taught at the Mendocino Art Center, Palo Alto Art Center, San Francisco City College, Santa Fe NM Community College, the Randall Museum in San Francisco, Walnut Creek Civic Arts and other facilities.
Tesia is currently represented by Evolving Art Gallery, San Francisco, CA, 20th Street Art Gallery in Sacramento, A. Stuart Gallery in Utah, and Marion Meyer Gallery in Laguna Beach, California.
