I provide professional services to residential real estate clients for real estate located in Northern Colorado. I have successfully sold real estate in Northern Colorado for over 30 years. Having taught real estate courses, as well as training and managing other brokers, I am knowledgeable in many areas of real estate including, residential re-sale and investment properties, new construction and project marketing, land and acreages, corporate relocation, REO/foreclosure properties, short sale negotiations and Sec. 1031 tax deferred exchanges. My expertise lies in negotiating real estate contracts, marketing, and Colorado real estate practice. I work to bring a unique level of knowledge and experience to each transaction.
