    I led the Project and Development teams within the Enterprise Applications Services group.. Projects included SAP Unicode conversion, enterprise batch job scheduler implementation, and core development work included quarterly major functional releases for Microsoft's SAP system. I also focused on building a “services arm” into the existing organization, allowing for a more predictable and consistent engagement process with the business. The services arm is responsible for assisting the business with functional fit-gap analysis, technical guidance, and predictability during evaluations of potential SAP solutions. Created formalized engagement processes, standardized pre-qualification questionnaires, built collateral around commonly-asked questions, and created Service Level Agreements.

    Two-term elected Board of Directors member for the Americas SAP User Group, a $10M not-for-profit organization (asug.com) and the official SAP Customer organization in North America. Responsible for user education (including the annual 5000+ person conference).

    Led the original Microsoft Sarbanes-Oxley compliance initiatives on the SAP platform, the financial and human resource system of record for Microsoft worldwide.

    Frequent presenter at the Microsoft Executive Briefing Centres around the world, helping potential customer CxOs understand how Microsoft OS and Database layers can operate SAP for their organizations with maximum efficiency and ROI.
